How do you ensure the meat stays fresh during delivery?

We use specialized temperature-controlled packaging, including insulated liners and reusable gel ice packs, to ensure your order remains at a safe, chilled temperature for up to 48 hours during transit.

When will my order be delivered?

Orders placed before 12 PM Monday through Thursday are typically processed for next-day delivery. You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been dispatched from our butchery.

Can I freeze the products I receive?

Yes, all of our fresh meat products are suitable for home freezing. We recommend freezing them on the day of delivery and consuming them within 3-6 months for optimal quality.

What is your return policy for perishable goods?

Due to the nature of fresh food, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with the quality of your order or if it arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours for a resolution or refund.

Where do you source your meat from?

We pride ourselves on supporting local agriculture. The vast majority of our beef, lamb, and pork is sourced from trusted, sustainable farms within a 50-mile radius of our main facility.

Do you offer specific delivery time slots?

While we cannot guarantee a specific minute, our courier service provides a 1-hour delivery window on the morning of your delivery day so you know exactly when to expect your package.
